TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Pick up and drop off will be from the home address, unless otherwise agreed with the instructor.
  2. The client agrees to abide by all traffic laws while operating the vehicle and agrees to pay any fines incurred due to traffic violations. The client also agrees to pay for any traffic violations caught on traffic cameras while the vehicle was being operated by the client.
  3.  The client agrees to the following rules during their in-car road sessions: there are no cellphones, no music, no smoking, no food and no drinks allowed. There will also be no other passengers permitted to accompany the client in their in-car road sessions unless otherwise permitted by the instructor.
  4. In the event of any incident/Accident for which client is at fault or event which causes damage to the vehicle while being operated by the client, the client is to assume full responsibility and pay the SGI insurance deductible as well as any and all other costs incurred on the owner related to the incident including but not limited to: the restoration of the vehicle or damage caused to others’ property or health.
  5. We reserve the right to arrive late (by 15 or 20 minutes) or cancel due to unexpected circumstances such as illness, weather, or vehicle problems. It is recommended that you be ready 30 min before your booked time.  It is also recommended that you not make any other appointments for at least 30 minutes after your driving session because the session may take longer than expected in certain cases. Driving time (Booking hour(s)) starts at the time of arrival and “hand shake (Greeting)” and ends at the time of saying “good bye” at end of booked time at drop-off location, that includes questions and answer of the student. 
  6. We understand that there are circumstances where you must cancel, change the time or pickup address of your booking. We will be certainly willing to accommodate. It is the client’s responsibility to notify the driving instructor of any cancellation or booking changes at least 48 hours prior to their booked time for in-class and in-car sessions. If the client does not provide this notification or does not show up for the booked time, the instructor’s fees will be non-refundable and the client is responsible to pay for the lost time in full. 
  7. All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise permitted by the instructor.
